By joining The Growth Nest Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to follow the terms outlined below. Your participation is subject to acceptance of these terms.
This program is open to active Growth Nest users ("Affiliates") and those they refer ("Referred Users").To be eligible, you must have an active subscription to The Growth Nest.Referred Users must sign up using your unique referral link—if they don’t, the referral won’t count, and no commission will be paid.Existing paying customers of The Growth Nest cannot be referred. However, past free trial users may qualify, subject to review.
Affiliates earn a percentage of the monthly subscription fee paid by each Referred User.Commission rate: 25% of the monthly subscription.Commissions apply only to monthly subscription fees. Additional purchases (e.g., upgrades, one-off services) are not included.If a Referred User cancels or downgrades before the commission is due, the commission will be void.If an Affiliate cancels their own Growth Nest subscription, all future commissions will be forfeited, even for active referrals.
Commissions are paid after a 60-day waiting period. (Example: A referral made in July is confirmed in August and paid in October.)Payments are processed between the 1st and 7th of each month.Payouts are made via PayPal, and all affiliates must provide a valid PayPal account.Commissions will only be paid when your balance reaches £50 or more. If it's below this amount, earnings will roll over to the next payout period.
Each Affiliate gets a unique referral link—this must be used for tracking.The Growth Nest is not responsible for untracked referrals due to incorrect links.Referral cookies last 60 days—if a user signs up after this period, the referral may not be credited.
Affiliates must follow ethical marketing practices and comply with relevant laws.Misleading claims, spammy tactics, or unauthorised promotions of The Growth Nest are strictly prohibited.Any attempt to abuse the system (such as self-referrals or fraudulent activity) will lead to immediate removal and loss of commissions.
We may update or change the program, including commission rates and terms.Any major changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.Affiliates are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate who does not comply with these terms.If your account is terminated, all unpaid and future commissions will be lost.If you cancel your Growth Nest subscription, you will no longer receive commissions for previous referrals.
